The
Hetton Town Trust has risen from the former Eppleton Colliery
Welfare Organisation. The Trust is responsible for managing a
range of facilities within the Hetton Centre, this means that
any money raised from grant applications and from hire of the
facilities, is paid directly back into the community thus helping
regeneration and sustainability.
