Hetton Town Trust

The Hetton Town Trust has risen from the former Eppleton Colliery Welfare Organisation. The Trust is responsible for managing a range of facilities within the Hetton Centre, this means that any money raised from grant applications and from hire of the facilities, is paid directly back into the community thus helping regeneration and sustainability.

Services include:

  • A full and varied community development programme
  • Flexible use community rooms
  • Barnard Cafe
  • Little Bears Creche
  • The Bob Paisley licensed bar
  • Community function suite
  • Eppleton Colliery Welfare football ground

The Board of Trustees are drawn from the community and local businesses and give their time and knowledge free of charge for the benefit of the Hetton-le-Hole community.
